Its not just for seniors!
Congregate Meal - Our lunch program is primarily designed for seniors (60 years and older).
However, it is open to the public of all ages at 11:30 to 12:30. Seniors and their spouses may eat on a suggested donation of $5.50. Charges for guests that are under 60 years are $8.50 for the full meal. Advance reservations are not necessary and our procedure is simple. We are not open on Saturday and Sundays, or holidays.
Home Delivered Meals - We have a daily home delivered meal program for qualified seniors delivered right to your door Monday through Friday, including frozen meals for the weekend.The hot meal includes a variety of salads, dessert and a main course with potatoes, rice, or pasta and fresh cooked vegetables. If you would like to participate in this program, please call us at 907-376-3104.
Senior Box - Pick up your Senior Box here at the center on the 2nd and 3rd Thursday of every month from 1 - 3 pm, call Salvation Army at 745-7079 to sign up.
