Acceptance into Knik Manor Assisted Living is determined by:
The availability of an apartment.
The residents supportive needs.
Each resident must be able to evacuate the building by walking down stairs.
If your need for moving in is urgent, continue to follow-up on other options, as our application process may not satisfy your immediate needs. If you need community resource information, we will be happy to assist.
Please consider the following before proceeding:
To reside at Knik Manor Assisted Living, one must be at least 62 years old.
This is a Non-smoking building.
Knik Manor Assisted Living is a large apartment building with congregate dining. Meals are served in a large dining area.
Staff is available 24 hours, 7 days a week to assist with personal needs. Skilled nursing is not provided.
Family and friends are encouraged to participate in all activities at the Knik Manor Assisted Living facility.
Please take note: an Advance Directive, or Living Will, and a Will are required to be on file. A copy of Durable Power of Attorney is also requested.

CHOICE Recipients are responsible for room and board at Knik Manor Assisted Living .
