Residents of this building living on the second floor may choose optional Assisted Living Services.
Please consider the following before proceeding:
To reside at Knink Manor Senior Housing, one must be at least 62 years old.
This is a non-smoking building.
Knik Manor Senior Housing is a large apartment building with congregate dining. Meals are served to Assisted Living Services Recipients in a large dining area.
The provision of optional Assisted Living Services is determined by:
The availability of an apartment.
The residents supportive needs.
For optional Assited Living Services Recipients:
Staff is available 24 hours, 7 days a week to assist with personal needs. Skilled nursing is not provided.
Family and friends are encouraged to participate in all activities at the Knik Manor Senior Housing.
Please take note: an Advance Directive, or Living Will, and a Will are required to be on file. A copy of Durable Power of Attorney is also requested.

CHOICE Recipients of optional Assisted Living Services are responsible for room and board at Knik Manor Senior Housing.
