Wasilla Area Seniors, Inc. partnering with The Richman Group and Wells Fargo to provide premier senior housing for both low income and market rate.  Located in the heart of the beautiful Matanuska-Susitna Valley in Wasilla, Alaska.  We have a total of 129 units of housing on our campus which includes 12 Assisted Living Units.
